The PropKart CRM workspace request asks for your name, brokerage name, work email, mobile number, city, plan, billing choice, and any note you add.

NB PropertyTech uses those details to review the request and reply to you. If the firm is approved, they are used to open an empty workspace. The form does not fill that workspace, and the sample desk on this site is not saved to a firm.

NB PropertyTech keeps the application for its onboarding desk. A confirmation email is sent from broker-support@nbpropertytech.com when mail delivery succeeds. If it does not, the reference shown on screen is still the record.

After a login is issued, PropKart CRM asks you to accept its own privacy and terms before the workspace is used.
