Sending the form is a request to open a PropKart CRM workspace. It does not create a login, start a subscription, or take payment.

NB PropertyTech reviews the application and replies using the reference number. The workspace stays empty until that review is finished.

Prices on this site are the software fee and exclude GST. Monthly is the figure on the plan, billed each month. Annual is that monthly fee times 12, with 20% off, billed once a year. A mandate is quoted after review.

The sample desk is demonstration data. Clicks there are not saved to a brokerage.
